POSITION SUMMARY: This is responsible work in overseeing the operation of an apartment complex and assisting the Property Manager in handling and records. This position is responsible for receiving and maintaining records and processing resident requests and paperwork, and for helping to assist with other programs as assigned. This position must also be sensitive to the needs of the residents and must show initiative in meeting the special problems that arise. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: · Attends work with regularity and punctually and recognizes that attendance is an essential duty and responsibility of this position. · Responds to and manage resident complaints and/or service issue and may coordinate with appropriate staff to address and resolve resident concerns. · Supports residents during the transfers and/or by receiving and tracking notices to vacate, conduct pre and post move-out inspections.
