Job Description Low Voltage Foreman – $35–$50/hr (DOE) We are currently hiring experienced Low Voltage Foremen with 5+ years of commercial structured cabling experience. This role is ideal for a strong leader who can manage crews, coordinate projects, and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to industry standards. Low Voltage Foreman Responsibilities: • Supervise and manage crews performing structured cabling installations in commercial new construction and retrofit environments, • Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily job site operations to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope, • Pull, route, dress, and terminate CAT5, CAT6, CAT6A, and other low-voltage cabling systems, • Oversee terminations of phone jacks, patch panels, and distribution frames (66 & 110 blocks), • Direct installation of support structures including ladder racks, equipment racks, j-hooks, and cable trays, • Manage rack & stack operations, IDF/MDF buildouts, and server rack installations, • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and line diagrams to execute project requirements, • Enforce quality control, safety protocols, and compliance with BICSI, TIA/EIA, and NEC standards, • Act as the main point of contact between field crews, project managers, general contractors, and clients, • Track progress, report updates, and resolve job site issues in real time Low Voltage Foreman Requirements: • 5+ years of commercial low voltage / structured cabling experience, • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or foreman role, • Strong knowledge of BICSI, TIA/EIA, and NEC standards, • Experience with fiber optic installations (SC/LC connectors, splicing, testing) preferred, • Ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and maintain productivity on job sites, • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to make field decisions, • Must have own basic telecom tools (punch down tools, snips, wire strippers, drill, PPE, etc.), • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive pay: $35–$50/hr, depending on experience, • Weekly pay, • Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance options, • Referral bonuses up to $250 for successful placementsCompany DescriptionCrewforce specializes in placing low voltage and electrical talent across the nation and is an equal opportunity employer.
