We are currently looking for an Account Executive to join our growing agency. Our ideal candidate is someone who can think big, move fast, and partner closely with our team and clients to bring smart, memorable ideas to life across every channel. We’re looking for someone who can match our speed and nimbleness with the type of entrepreneurial, self-starter mentality that defines our agency. Someone who can handle internal operations, foster trusting client relationships, and work with creatives to make sure the work not only hits the brief but exceeds all expectations. What we Require • 2–3 years of agency experience working on fast-paced, production-heavy projects., • Solid knowledge of production across all platforms, including all major media and streaming platforms., • Knowledge of project scoping, tracking, and reconciling., • Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills., • Proven ability to communicate and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment., • A detail-oriented problem solver who is comfortable with ambiguity and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment., • Comfort with AI and utilizing AI platforms. What You Will Do Client Service • Serve as the day-to-day lead with clients on select projects, building relationships based on trust, consistent, best-in-class delivery and a solid understanding of the client's business., • Provide detailed notes/recaps and lead the team on next steps., • Participate actively in client calls and meetings., • Maintain status and budget documents for clients and share out on agreed cadences. Project Management • Create and maintain project timelines for a variety of projects and clients., • Hold the team accountable, driving next steps and executing the wrap-up., • Manage time effectively, meet deadlines, maintain attention to detail, and set priorities, especially across multiple projects simultaneously., • Develop agendas for internal and client meetings., • Aid in project scoping, tracking, and accurate reconciliations. Creative Development and Delivery • Evaluate creative deliverables against the client brief and provide constructive feedback., • Ensure creative is on-brand and meets client expectations., • Assist with creative brief development and oversee execution/production of creative deliverables across all platforms., • Ensure all work is delivered to spec and QC’d. Team Collaboration • Partner with account, production and creative counterparts to form a team that together, provides the client with the best services., • Proactively loop in members of the agency team as needed., • Partner with client partners and outside vendors and teams as needed. Location & Travel This role is located in our New York City office and requires a minimum of one designated day per week on-site. We are a very tight-knit team and proximity matters. The number of in-office days is subject to change and may increase based on business and client needs. Candidates must also be able to occasionally travel for meetings, productions, and other events. Reporting Structure This role reports to the Account Senior Director and interacts across the full agency team, including the founder, creative, and in-production. Compensation The salary range for this role is $65,000–$75,000 USD. Salary offer may vary based on candidate experience and other factors.
