Responsibilities • Perform concrete restoration tasks including chipping, grinding, patching, and structural repair., • Operate hand and power tools effectively for concrete repair., • Adhere to strict safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)., • Work comfortably at heights with fall-protection systems., • Experience in heavy concrete labor, including chipping, demolition, patching, and structural repair., • Strong physical stamina to lift, bend, kneel, and work long hours in demanding environments., • Proficiency in English; bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus., • Ability to wear a half-face respirator and meet fit-test requirements., • Prior experience in concrete restoration, waterproofing, or structural repair preferred., • Ability to work on temporary flooring, scaffolding, and elevated platforms., • Reliable transportation to reach various job sites., • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team with primarily Spanish-speaking crews.
