Job Description POSITION: HVAC Maintenance Technician REPORTS TO: Director of Facilities Management STATUS: Full-time, Non-Exempt RANGE: $34.615 - $40.110 Founded in 1901, Brooklyn Law School is a distinguished, independent law school located in Downtown Brooklyn, New York. The Law School is searching for an HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team. Reporting to both the Director of Facilities Management and Assistant Facilities Manager the HVAC Maintenance Technician will play a vital role in operating and maintaining HVAC systems at Brooklyn Law School's main building (250 Joralemon Street) and the student residence (205 Street). In this role, you will not only operate and maintain HVAC systems but also actively engage in optimizing maintenance procedures, collaborating with colleagues, and contributing to the development of preventive maintenance plans. This is a fully on-site position.
