Job DescriptionSalary: 11.35 per hour plus tips ANI RAMEN is looking for anexperienced BARTENDER to add to our awesome Larchmont team! Ani, which means big brother, is a vision of our owner and founder Luck, who decided to open a Ramen house that serves great food in a comfortable environment that he could bring his family to locally. Since 2014 we have grown the Ani brand throughout New Jersey and New York. We have a truly amazing opportunity to work with a growing restaurant group. With several incredibly successful full-service restaurants, we are looking to add dedicated team members to our growing team to help make Ani successful. Our beverage program features classic and Japanese-inspired cocktails (shaken, and on draft), beer, sake, and an extraordinary selection of Japanese whiskeys! Title: Vice President, Total Rewards Location: Stamford, CT Job Type: Full-Time | Exempt About the Role: The Vice President, Total Rewards is a strategic and operational leader responsible for designing, implementing, and evolving a market-competitive Total Rewards strategy that attracts, retains, and motivates top talent. This role partners closely with executive leadership and the Board to ensure compensation, benefits, and equity programs align with business strategy, financial performance, and organizational values. The VP brings deep executive compensation expertise, strong analytical rigor, sound judgment, and the ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
