Digital Marketing Coordinator Industry: Large media/retail company Location: Glendale, CA (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) Duration: 8-week contract (temp- covering for a leave) Pay rate: $30-$35/hr The Digital Marketing Coordinator will play a key supporting role in planning, organizing and executing digital marketing and creative campaigns. The coordinator will collaborate with creative, marketing, synergy, and studio teams to ensure smooth campaign workflow, manage support timelines, assist in content distribution planning, and maintain campaign tracking and reporting. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong project management skills, a love for storytelling, and a passion for digital media and social platforms, with the ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism in high-stakes environments. Key Responsibilities Project Management and Campaign Coordination • Support the Manager(s), Digital Marketing in end-to-end campaign management, from request ingestion to final support, • Track project milestones, tasks, and deliverables, ensuring campaigns stay on schedule across brands and titles., • Coordinate and track priorities and requests from Partners for DE brands., • Align with Managers to communicate the appropriate marketing support for various campaigns, aligning with strategic goals, • Maintain and update priority trackers, planning guides, and request databases (e.g., Airtable) to ensure transparency and organization for all stakeholders, • Coordinate with creative teams (designers, editors, producers) for asset delivery and communication flow as needed., • Assist with compiling data for campaign performance analysis, support Manager in developing reports for stakeholders. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Liaise with studio digital marketing counterparts and internal stakeholders. Organize team meetings, prepare agendas, and recap notes to ensure alignment across projects., • Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders., • Liaise with TWDC Partners including but not limited to Brand Marketing, Parks Team, Experiences & Products, and Corporate teams to ensure alignment on content and clear communication. Creative Ideation • Help ideate creative concepts as relevant for each brand and opportunity, • Provide feedback on partner content capture to relevant LOBs and stakeholders., • Align with leaders on go-forward strategy for each opportunity. Market & Platform Research, • Stay current on digital and social media trends, platform functionality, and entertainment industry news., • Conduct research and share findings to inform content creation and strategic recommendations. Qualifications: • Experience supporting digital campaigns and creative production, especially within media, entertainment, or agency environments., • Experience building campaign decks and working with cross-functional teams., • Upbeat, proactive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset., • Experience working with large, matrixed organizations, collaborating across multiple business units., • Familiarity with marketing workflows, campaign management, and brand marketing strategies, • A strategic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment with high visibility., • A project manager who can effectively move multiple projects through from start to finish without things falling through the cracks., • A detail-oriented multitasker capable of managing numerous projects and priorities simultaneously., • An excellent communicator who can confidently interact with executives and external partners., • A critical thinker who can use data and insights to drive decision-making., • Highly proficient in digital tracking tools like Airtable. Required Skills: • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to track and manage multiple marketing priorities simultaneously., • Exceptional communication skills, including writing, copy-editing, verbal in-person communication., • Proficient in online tools such as Airtable, Smartsheets, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Box., • Team player with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. Required Experience/Education: • 1-2 years’ experience in digital marketing, project coordination, or related field, • AA or BA in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a relevant field., • Experience working in a role that involves tracking marketing priorities and requests, ensuring appropriate strategic support., • Basic understanding of social platform best practices (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
