Zurich North America is hiring a Large Property Underwriter (Level I or II) to join our Large Property team in our New York office! While this role requires you to work out of our New York office, you will have the flexibility to work on a hybrid basis. You will partner with your manager to set a flexible work schedule that supports you, our customers, and our brokers and agents. This role will require you to be visible in the marketplace to meet with our agents and brokers and be in the office/market three days per week, with one of those days being Monday. In this role, you partner with HQ sales and the supply chain functions to identify opportunities for improvement and overall value. The Sr. Manager, Customer Logistics acts as a strong customer advocate while balancing the needs of the business, developing strategies, and tracking performance towards targeted goals that align with the customer approach and lowest delivered total cost.
