RESPONSIBILITIES • Manager and retain a book of business by providing excellent customer service, a proactive renewal process, negotiating with underwriters, utilizing internal resources, and by collaborating with other internal teams., • Manage day to day servicing to our clients, including issuing certificates, auto id cards, processing endorsement requests, policy checking, renewal pricing, billing issues, invoicing, and contract reviews., • Address any deficiencies and anticipate client needs with a quick turnaround time., • Confidently and accurately answer client situational questions with respect to insurance coverage and advise about uncovered exposures as applicable., • Continuous, clear, and professional verbal and written communication with clients and carriers, including client-facing meetings to build strong relationships with clients., • Bachelor's Degree, • Active P&C License, • 5+ years of P&C experience. Non-profit experience is a plus., • Experienced with Agency Management Systems, preferably Applied EPIC
