Job Description This position is being posted as a partnership between Sago and Sago Health, a Health Insights/Med Learning Group Company. The selected employee will be employed by Sago under the direction of Sago Health for the remainder of 2025 and fully moving to a Med Learning Group employee on January 1, 2026. POSITION SUMMARY: As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for retaining and nurturing a defined portfolio of clients either individually or in partnership with an Account Executive. Performance & Collaboration · Meet or exceed key performance indicators including retention rates, and satisfaction scores. · Partner with Account Executives when appropriate to support new opportunities within existing accounts or new divisions of current clients, initiate client outreach and contribute to client presentations. · Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, sharing best practices, client feedback, and success stories across the team. · Represent the company’s brand and values through authentic relationships, transparency, and accountability in every client interaction. · Gain a full understanding of Sago groups products, services and capabilities and apply that knowledge to satisfy client needs and project success requirements.
