Due to high competition, we focus on applicants at these levels. Interns are paid an hourly rate based on minimum wage requirements, typically $16–$20/hour. Rates vary by office based on state laws, market conditions, and location. Fall/Spring Gap-year Internship Program: • Application Period: Rolling, for Fall or Spring semesters, • Submission: Resume and cover letter, • Interviews & Selection: Invited as positions become available; start dates are flexible, • Program Duration: 3–9 months, full-time or part-time
