Position Summary: The Case Manager will guide youth participants to make sound social and cognitive decisions with mindfulness; as well as improve their progress and overall life outcomes. The Case Manager will work with youth ages 16 - 21 to address their social, emotional and psychological needs and further develop their independent living skills. To achieve this, the Case Manager will focus on the development of a wholesome healthy living approach, catering to the needs of youth that is culturally sensitive. The approach encourages overall emotional wellbeing and goal attainment. Responsibilities: • Schedule and complete all intakes for incoming participants., • Conduct Mental Status Examinations utilizing the DSM V to translate presenting issues into diagnosis and intake interviews with incoming students. Coordinate the initial case conference on behalf of participant. Developing treatment plans to address the individual needs of participants within the scope of the program. Coordinate and make presentations at the weekly case management services for participants assigned to ensure comprehensive service delivery., • Task supervisor for part-time case manager (wellness/nutritionist specialist), peer advocate and SW interns., • Facilitate group workshops, provide crisis intervention, counseling and conflict resolution, • Accompany participant to mental health appointments, • Conduct home visits when necessary, • Assist participants with obtaining essential documents (e.g. SS card, ID, working papers etc.), • Meet with the program director weekly for clinical and administrative supervision. Report to program director any issues that are impacting participant’s program participation., • Outreach to parents and caretakers as a part of a comprehensive service delivery. Meet with parents, caretakers and other service providers when issues arise or as requested., • Provide monthly case management reports and quarterly date report to the program Director., • Communicate with participants on caseload for a minimum of 4 times per month. Job Description The Whitney’s summer internship program is a full-time, paid, nine-week session primarily for undergraduate students. The program includes training, direct work experience, professional development, and a weekly speaker series. The 2026 Summer internship will be hybrid, meaning interns will work onsite at least three days per week. The program will begin on Monday, June 1, and end on Friday, July 31. Job Description Job Summary: A primary function of the Fair Futures Education and Employment Specialist (EES’s) is to assess, monitor and evaluate progress of the individualized educational and vocational goals of youth supported. It will be the responsibility of the specialist to make sure that educational services are being provided in accordance with NYS department of education standards. EES’s will ensure that youth have appropriate support when transitioning home as it relates to identifying a school, vocational program, and potential employment. Additionally, specialists will share information with aftercare case planners to ensure that there is continuity of care. The ideal candidate will be able to coordinate delivery of services and work to develop concrete educational and vocational goals. The specialists will work in collaboration with fair future coaches to support youth as they work on established goals. As it relates to employment support, specialists will ensure that youth develop the skills needed to obtain an entry level job. They will support youth in the development of a job portfolio which includes a resume, cover letter and references. They will also work to link youth with hands on training professional self and are able to successfully apply to and obtain an entry level job. EES’s will also focus on providing quality vocational services to youth served by running groups, developing partnerships with community organizations, and ensuring all youth develop a professional portfolio. In special cases, the EES will refer youth who are interested in pursuing their GED/ post-secondary training. The Associate Program Manager works collaboratively to plan and implement a paid internship program for NYC public high school students focused on career readiness, college preparation, and arts engagement. The Associate Program Manager will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of all Teen Arts Internship Programs, including supporting intern recruitment and selection activities, coordinating curriculum delivery and cultural excursions, and communication with key stakeholders.
