About You Summary The Channel Marketing Specialist plans, builds, and optimizes email, social, and direct marketing programs that support banner brand plans, promotions, and key selling moments. The role partners with Creative, Member Marketing Services, Revenue Marketing, and Digital Experience to deliver content, ensure accurate targeting, and measure performance across owned and paid social where applicable. Core Functions • Plan, brief, and execute email campaigns: calendars, audience requests, content tailoring, QA, and delivery., • Coordinate social (organic and partner posts) with brand/creative teams; traffic assets and schedule in tools., • Support direct mail and other owned‑channel initiatives (push/app in partnership with Digital Experience)., • Align channel plans to seasonal, circular, and banner‑specific promotions in partnership with Member Marketing Services and Revenue Marketing., • Ensure brand consistency across banners and adapt content per banner identity., • Partner with Analytics to set KPIs, build dashboards, and analyze performance; recommend tests and iterations., • Manage routing/approvals, maintain content calendars, and document best practices., • Contribute to audience segmentation requests; coordinate with CRM/MarTech where needed., • Support community engagement guidelines and social responses in collaboration with brand teams. Knowledge and Skill Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications or related field preferred., • 2–4 years in channel/CRM or social/email marketing within retail or consumer brands., • Working knowledge of ESPs, social platforms, and analytics/UTM practices., • Strong writing/editing skills, attention to detail, and asset QA experience., • Comfort with A/B testing and iterative optimization. Physical Demands and Work Environment • Availability to work a varied, flexible schedule to meet business demands, • Ability to sit/stand in front of a computer for long periods of time, • Ability to adhere to the company’s four day a week in office work requirement, • Ability to travel as required Compensation and Benefits The salary for this position is $80,000-$105,000 annually. Placement in the salary depends on several factors, including experience, skills, education, geography, and budget considerations.
