Job Details We’re looking for an Operations Manager to be the connective tissue that keeps the organization running at full speed. You’ll work directly with the founders — particularly the COO — gaining first-hand experience in what it takes to build and scale a high-growth SaaS startup from the inside out. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role for someone who thrives in structured chaos. You’ll manage core operational processes across finance, reporting, compliance, and client operations, while also having the autonomy to identify inefficiencies, design better systems, and drive meaningful change across the business. You’ll sit at the center of the operation — partnering with leadership, product, customer success, and finance to keep information flowing, numbers precise, and decisions data-driven. What You’ll Do • Drive operational excellence: Strengthen how data, teams, and tools connect — ensuring smooth handoffs between Sales, Success, and Product, maintaining CRM and project hygiene, and identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency., • Collaborate and improve: Work with leadership and cross-functional teams to spot operational friction, propose solutions, and build scalable systems that make the business faster, sharper, and more effective., • Run the numbers: Own key finance and reporting processes — compiling lender or partner data, tracking client payouts, supporting invoicing, assisting with reconciliations, and generating revenue insights that guide strategic decisions., • Builder: You create order from ambiguity and build systems that scale., • Self-Starter: You see a problem once and prevent it from becoming a pattern., • Analytical Thinker: You’re fluent in Excel/Sheets and use data to drive decisions., • Organized Operator: You keep information, projects, and people aligned., • Strong Communicator: You prioritize clarity, documentation, and follow-through., • Collaborative Partner: You thrive in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment., • 2+ years of experience in operations, finance, or consulting, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, • High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through, • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to work autonomously while staying collaborative Interested in hearing more?
