It’s important that our technicians are able to communicate well with our team members as well as with customers to ensure each stop is completed with great customer service and efficiency., • Sales capabilities, • Cleanliness – We expect all our MVPs to be represent the company by showing to each call with a fresh, clean appearance and leaving each job location cleaner than you found it., • Timeliness – It is important that you are on-time to each location and that if a project is taking longer than expected it is communicated with the home office, • Flexibility: You will need to be available for some weekend shifts and to be on call on rotation. You will not be required to be on call every week, but on a rotational basis only. This currently is set up as one week on and two weeks off. Other important notes: You must: • Supply your own tools.
