Job DescriptionHelp Desk Technician Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Compensation: $75,000 – $95,000 (USD) + Full Benefits | Non-Exempt (OT Eligible) About the Role Our client, a respected regional law firm, is seeking a Help Desk Technician to deliver front-line technical support to attorneys and staff across multiple offices. This role is hands-on, service-driven, and essential to keeping firm operations running smoothly. What You’ll Do * Provide daily support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. * Troubleshoot Windows 11, Microsoft 365 (especially Outlook and Word), and iManage (strongly preferred). * Set up and support video conferences via Teams and Zoom. * Maintain and track IT equipment inventory. * Log and document all support activity in the firm’s ticketing system. * Travel occasionally for office buildouts or to support other firm locations. * Provide after-hours or shift coverage as needed. What We’re Looking For * Strong communicator with excellent customer service and documentation skills. * Quick learner with a knack for following established IT procedures. * Team player who can also work independently under minimal supervision. * Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred. * Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems (or equivalent experience) preferred. * Candidates must demonstrate stable, long-term employment history — no contract or freelance-heavy backgrounds.
