Job Description Operations Manager – Real Estate Team We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Operations Manager to join our fast-growing real estate brokerage. The Operations Manager is the backbone of our business, ensuring that our systems, reporting, and accountability processes run smoothly. This role is critical to improving agent performance, maximizing productivity, and keeping leadership informed with accurate, timely business metrics. The ideal candidate thrives on structure, attention to detail, and helping others succeed through strong systems and training. You’ll work directly with the Sales Manager and CEO to drive operational excellence and support our agents in delivering an outstanding client experience. What You’ll Do • Manage daily/weekly/monthly reporting in SISU, Follow Up Boss, and Workman Workbench to identify training gaps and performance opportunities., • Oversee agent accountability in Follow Up Boss (pipeline management, lead follow-up, and team commitments)., • Monitor and manage the Zillow Flex program: pausing/activating agents, call review, scorecards, and weekly trainings., • Train and onboard new agents in our tech stack: Follow Up Boss, SISU, Dotloop, Workbench, Flex/MLS., • Lead recruiting and onboarding support, including job ad tracking, applicant flow, and media performance reports., • Maintain compliance by auditing Dotloop forms, MLS rules, and contract-to-close workflows., • Serve as backup Transaction Coordinator when needed to ensure smooth closings. What We’re Looking For • Strong background in operations, administration, or real estate team support., • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning/teaching platforms (FUB, SISU, Dotloop, CRM systems)., • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills., • Strong communication skills — able to hold agents accountable while being supportive., • Experience in real estate (preferred, but not required if you have strong systems/ops experience). Why Join Us • Be part of a fast-growing, high-performing real estate team that values innovation and accountability., • Work directly with leadership on strategy and execution., • Growth opportunities — your success in this role will open doors for advancement., • Manage and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reporting using SISU, Follow Up Boss, and Workman Workbench to identify performance gaps and opportunities., • Oversee agent accountability in Follow Up Boss, ensuring adherence to team standards (lead follow-up, pipeline management, and conversion tracking)., • Monitor and manage the Zillow Flex program, including activating/pausing agents, auditing databases, reviewing call recordings, and providing feedback via agent scorecards., • Conduct weekly trainings and 1:1 reviews with agents to improve database management, lead handling, and system utilization., • Onboard and train all new agents in company systems and tech stack (Follow Up Boss, SISU, Dotloop, Zillow Inbox, Workman Workbench, Flex/MLS)., • Track and analyze recruiting ad performance across job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, etc.) and report results to leadership., • Maintain compliance by auditing Dotloop forms, MLS data, and contract-to-close workflows, ensuring accuracy and regulatory adherence., • Support the Client Care Coordinator by serving as backup Transaction Manager when needed, ensuring smooth closings and compliance., • Collaborate with the Sales Manager and CEO to provide insights, recommend training, and implement strategies to improve overall team performance., • Stay up to date on new MLS rules, industry trends, and system updates, introducing relevant training to the team as needed.Qualifications:, • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, administration, or equivalent work experience (preferred but not required)., • Experience in operations, administration, or real estate team support; real estate knowledge is a plus., • Proficiency with technology and CRM systems; experience with Follow Up Boss, SISU, Dotloop, MLS, or similar platforms is highly desirable., • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines., • Excellent communication skills with the ability to hold team members accountable in a supportive, professional manner., • Detail-oriented and data-driven, with the ability to analyze reports and identify trends., • Comfortable leading trainings, onboarding new hires, and providing tech/system support., • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment., • High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality and compliance.About Company At Select Realty, we transform real estate.
