Job Description Summary:We are seeking a motivated and bilingual Leasing Consultant/Resident Services Agent to join our team. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the leasing process, including apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to prospective and current residents while supporting occupancy goals, generating leasing traffic, qualifying applicants, preparing lease documentation, and assisting residents throughout their residency. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships and creating a positive resident experience.Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly to phone calls and emails from prospective residents.Conduct daily tours of vacant and model apartments, highlighting features and benefits.Maintain work areas, apartment readiness, and overall property "curb appeal."Generate and track leasing traffic, ensuring follow-ups with all prospects.Create applicant files, process applications, verify qualifications, and present for approval.Schedule lease signings and ensure all move-in procedures are completed accurately.Collect rental deposits and ensure proper setup in the computer system.Conduct periodic inspections and coordinate maintenance as needed.Assist with marketing events, flyers, and resident communications.Conduct market research on competitive properties to assist management.Promote resident retention programs and ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws.Support team efforts and maintain a professional, team-oriented attitude.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; prior sales or customer service experience preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to read, interpret, and apply procedural documents.Basic math skills, including calculations of discounts, interest, and percentages.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and Onesite Realpage.Ability to solve problems independently and collaboratively.Core Competencies:Demonstrates strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities, and effective oral and written communication.
