Job Description Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented HR Assistant to support tour Human Resources department in key administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will have a bachelors degree and some hands-on experience in HR functions such as onboarding, recruitment, compliance and benefits administration. Responsibilities • Assist with new hire onboarding, including preparing offer letters, collecting documentation and coordinating orientation schedules, • Support recruiting efforts by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates, • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with internal policies and legal requirements, • Help administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes and responding to employee inquiries, • Support compliance efforts related to labor laws, company policies and internal audits, • Coordinate employee communications related to HR programs, events or updates, • Assist in planning HR initiatives such as training sessions or employee engagement events, • Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by the HR Manager Qualifications • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, • 1 to 2 years of experience in an HR support role preferred, • Familiarity with core HR functions including onboarding, recruiting, compliance and benefits, • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail, • Strong written and verbal communication skills, • Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience with HRIS systems a plus, • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism, • Team oriented with a proactive and flexible approach to work
