What this job involves: As a Sr. Mech & Robotics Tech, you will lead service technicians on the team in the installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment. Key Responsibilities * Support attorneys and paralegals with day-to-day personal injury case management * Prepare, organize, and manage legal documents and correspondence * Track deadlines, outstanding tasks, and incoming records to ensure cases stay on schedule * Maintain accurate electronic and physical case files * Assist with scheduling, coordination, and internal case workflow * Communicate professionally with internal team members * Ensure cases move forward efficiently and nothing falls through the cracks Qualifications * Previous experience in a legal or professional office environment preferred * Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting * Comfort working with electronic document management systems * Strong communication skills and a dependable work ethic * Legal assistant or personal injury experience is a plus, but not required Compensation & Benefits * Hourly pay: $25.00–$34.00, depending on experience * Overtime potential * Full single health insurance coverage (firm contributes toward deductible) * 401(k) eligibility after one year (6% of compensation) * Paid time off that increases with tenure * 13 paid holidays, including your birthday The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting that our client would be willing to pay for this position.
