RESPONSIBILITIES: β’ Oversee the customer service team and daily operations., β’ Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures., β’ Handle escalated customer complaints and issues., β’ Train and mentor customer service representatives., β’ Build and Train current and future team on agency process and procedures., β’ Maintain and/or create an outgoing professional environment.QUALIFICATIONS:, β’ 5+ years of experience in customer service, with 2+ years in a managerial role., β’ Two years Allstate, State, Farm, or Liberty Mutual experience., β’ Licensed in Property, Casualty., Life and Health., β’ Leadership and organizational skills., β’ Ability to work on location is a must (Monday though Friday (9am to 6pm)., β’ Communication and problem-solving abilities., β’ Position is base salary + commission (compensation structure based on agency results)
