Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement evidence-based interventions based on applied behavior analysis principles. Monitor and evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including therapists, educators, and medical professionals, to ensure holistic patient care. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavioral strategies and interventions.
