Key Responsibilities • Property Operations:, • Manage all aspects of daily operations for assigned properties, • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance, safety, and aesthetic standards, • Enforce lease terms and prepare resident notices as necessary, • Supervise on-site personnel, including maintenance teams and contractors, • Coordinate timely and efficient unit turnovers with the maintenance supervisor, • Control operational costs and manage vendor relationships to ensure value and service quality Tenant Relations: • Respond to tenant inquiries and complaints with a service-first approach, • Build and maintain positive tenant relationships to ensure a smooth resident experience, • Address maintenance requests promptly and efficiently, • Facilitate lease renewals and manage tenant retention strategies Financial Management: • Oversee rent collection, monitor accounts receivable, and manage delinquencies, • Assist in budgeting and financial reporting as required, • Implement strategies to maximize rental income and occupancy rates Leasing Vacant Apartments: • Prepare vacant units for occupancy, coordinating necessary repairs and maintenance, • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants, • Conduct property showings and highlight features to potential renters, • Screen applicants thoroughly, including credit history and employment verification, • Prepare and execute lease agreements in compliance with local laws and property policies, • Coordinate move-in procedures, including walk-through inspections and documentation Qualifications & Skills • 2–4 years of property management experience (luxury residential or mixed-use preferred), • Strong understanding of maintenance, collections, leasing, and tenant relations, • Knowledge of applicable property management regulations and compliance requirements, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with tenants, vendors, and team members, • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with AppFolio or similar property management software is a plus, • Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field preferred Additional Requirements • Valid driver’s license and reliable, presentable vehicle, • Availability for after-hours emergency calls, • Candidates must provide an updated resume and meet minimum experience requirements.
