    Pest Control Technician – Advanced Rodent Control & Exclusion Graduate Pest Control, Inc. – NYC & Long Island Graduate Pest Control is hiring motivated technicians to join our specialty team focused on advanced rodent control, structural exclusion, and permanent remediation solutions. This is not a spray-and-go route job — we train and operate at a higher technical standard using building science, craftsmanship, IPM, and K9-supported detection. Pay: • $25/hour – NY Licensed / Certified Applicator, • $22/hour – Non-Certified Technician (we provide training toward certification) Bonus Program: Technicians can earn $7,000–$18,000+ annually in bonuses through: • Performance & quality bonuses, • Exclusion craftsmanship bonuses, • Certification & advancement incentives, • Referral bonuses, • Perfect-month awards, • Crew production bonuses for management roles Career Path: We promote from within: Technician → Lead Technician → Crew Manager Technicians who demonstrate skill, leadership, and accountability advance into higher pay tiers, crew leadership, and management positions. What You’ll Do: • Perform detailed property inspections, • Identify pest activity, harborages, and building entry points, • Execute advanced rodent trapping and monitoring programs, • Perform professional exclusion work using sheet metal, Xcluder®, sealing systems, and specialty materials, • Support K9 rodent detection operations, • Educate clients and complete service documentation, • Follow all safety and regulatory protocols Requirements: • Valid driver’s license required, • Must be legal U.S. resident with valid working papers, • Pest Control License preferred (or willingness to obtain), • Mechanical or construction experience a plus, • Comfortable using ladders, hand tools, and cutting equipment, • Professional communication skills and reliability, • Coachable mindset with desire for long-term growth.
