Job Description RN-Director of MDS Full Time Cobble Hill Health Center is a not-for-profit long- and short-term care facility providing services to the disabled and elderly for over 40 years. The MDS Assessor will play an integral role in helping us to achieve our vision: to consistently exceed expectations and set the standard for excellence in residential and community care. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Director of MDS to lead and oversee all aspects of the MDS process, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and optimal reimbursement. This role is responsible for monitoring CMI, leading related meetings, and regularly communicating Quality Measures to the interdisciplinary team. The Director will review MDS assessments to ensure accurate coding, conduct PDPM reviews upon admission and prior to submission, and collaborate with rehab to verify correct primary diagnoses.
