Job Description About Us The Hudson Med Spa is a physician-led aesthetic practice dedicated to the beauty of balance — blending medical precision with artistry to deliver natural, confidence-building results. Led by a double-board-certified plastic surgeon, The Hudson provides injectable, laser, skin-health, and wellness treatments in a luxury, medically supervised setting. We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing clinical team. The ideal candidate has an artistic eye, a strong foundation in aesthetic medicine, and a patient-centered approach that reflects our brand’s timeless, natural aesthetic. Responsibilities • Perform injectable treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, PRF, and other aesthetic injectables., • Conduct thorough consultations and develop customized treatment plans aligned with patient goals., • Evaluate and treat medical weight-loss patients, including prescription management., • Administer IV therapy, wellness injections, and skin-tightening or microneedling procedures., • Educate patients on treatment expectations, aftercare, and maintenance plans., • Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems (Zenoti/Nextech)., • Ensure treatment rooms are prepared, stocked, and compliant with safety and infection-control standards., • Recommend skincare and complementary services to optimize results., • Participate in ongoing trainings, educational workshops, and professional development., • Support brand initiatives by contributing to photoshoots, events, and marketing content as a clinical expert. Qualifications • Current New Jersey Physician Assistant License (required)., • 5+ years of experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or medical spa setting (required)., • Proven expertise in neurotoxin and dermal filler injections., • Strong understanding of facial anatomy and natural aesthetic balance., • BLS/ACLS certification (required)., • Exceptional communication and patient-education skills., • Comfortable working in a collaborative, luxury medical spa environment., • Proficient with EMR systems and treatment documentation. Job DescriptionBenefits: • Employee discounts, • Flexible schedule, • Full-time / Part-time, • Flexible Schedule - hours vary depending on Center Needs, • Great work-life balance, • Entry - Level Position Responsibilities • Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience, • Answer phone calls, responds to emails, and schedule appointments, • Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms, ensure all consent forms are signed, filed, and maintained accurately, • Maintain a clean and inviting environment, • Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services, • Process client payments and manage follow-up scheduling, • Utilize scheduling software (GlossGenius or Vagaro preferred), • Monitor and update inventory; communicate low stock to management, • Maintain organization and cleanliness of the center, including towels, supplies, and garbage disposal, • Assist with morning preparation (coffee, supplies, treatment rooms) and closing reset procedures, • High school diploma or equivalent required: Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role, estetics is preferred, • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer service, • Strong work ethic and positive attitude, • Familiar with computers and scheduling software, such as GlossGenius or Vagaro (preferred), • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and other office technology, • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, • Excellent multi-tasking skills and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment, • Knowledge of esthetics/spa services (preferred), • Customer service experience (preferred), • Bilingual : English / Spanish (preferred)Work Environment, • Supportive and collaborative team culture, • Professional spa/med spa setting with daily client interaction, • Commitment to client satisfaction, organization, and efficiency
