Job DescriptionBenefits: Key Responsibilities: • Answer incoming calls with professionalism, warmth, and confidence, • Proactively schedule and reappoint recall patients to maintain a full and productive schedule, • Make 60+ recall calls daily to ensure patients remain active and compliant with recommended care, • Convert new patient inquiries into scheduled appointments through effective communication and strong customer service skills, • Schedule new patient exams, comprehensive evaluations, and aesthetic evaluations accurately to allow for proper diagnosis and treatment planning, • Ensure the correct procedures and appointment types are selected and scheduled with the appropriate time blocks for each patient visit, • Enter and maintain accurate patient demographics, appointment notes, and treatment details, • Collect and input complete insurance information for our billing agency to verify benefits, • Ensure all appointment details are thoroughly documented so the clinical team is fully prepared to treat patients efficiently and on time, • Maintain organization, accuracy, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, • Work closely with the front desk, clinical team, and billing partners to support smooth daily operationsWho We Are Looking For, • Experience in a med spa, salon or luxury service environment,, • Previous dental front office or scheduling experience preferred, • A friendly, people-focused communicator, • Strong phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly, • Sharp, quick-thinking, and solution-oriented communicator, • Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy, • Ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism and efficiency, • Comfortable using dental scheduling software and managing high call volumes, • Team-oriented, reliable, and patient-focused, • Comfortable calling patients, following up on leads, and confidently discussing services, • Professional appearance and demeanor, • Strong multitasker who can stay calm in a busy environment, • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software and social media tools, • Organized, reliable, and able to follow structured systems, • Comfortable on camera and willing to support short-form social media contentWhat We Offer:, • Competitive hourly pay based on experience, • Monthly performance bonuses, • Employee discounts on treatments, • Opportunity for professional growth and training, • Supportive and professional team environment, • Training and systems designed for successIf you are energized by patient communication, enjoy keeping schedules full, and understand the importance of proper scheduling for quality treatment planning, wed love to hear from you.
