We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Esthetician & Spa Sales Manager to help lead the client experience, drive revenue growth, oversee day-to-day operations, and support the continued expansion of Bella Reve. Position Overview This is a leadership role for an experienced esthetician and sales-driven operator who thrives in luxury wellness environments. The Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Growth • Drive overall spa revenue, memberships, package sales, retail sales, and client retention, • Lead consultations and confidently recommend personalized treatment plans, • Build strong client relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals, • Monitor KPIs, sales goals, conversion rates, and team performance, • Coach front desk and providers on sales strategies, client communication, and hospitality standards, • Support local marketing initiatives, partnerships, events, and community outreach efforts, • Help identify opportunities to improve profitability, client experience, and operational efficiency Esthetics & Client Experience • Perform advanced facial and skin treatments with exceptional professionalism and care, • Educate clients on skincare, wellness, and treatment recommendations, • Deliver a luxury-level client experience aligned with Bella Reve’s brand standards, • Maintain treatment room cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence, • Stay informed on industry trends, products, technologies, and treatment protocols Operations & Team Leadership • Support oversight of daily spa operations and guest experience, • Lead, motivate, and develop front desk staff and treatment providers, • Help manage scheduling, inventory, supplies, and operational organization, • Assist with onboarding, training, and team accountability, • Resolve client concerns professionally and proactively, • Maintain a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture Qualifications • Licensed Esthetician in California, • 5+ years of experience in luxury spa, med spa, wellness, beauty, hospitality, or personal care environments, • Strong sales and membership-focused background, • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and client retention, • Previous leadership or management experience preferred, • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship skills, • Highly organized and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment, • Passion for wellness, beauty, luxury hospitality, and client care Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Hydrafacial, microneedling, lymphatic therapies, or advanced skin treatments, • Familiarity with booking/CRM systems, • Experience with memberships and recurring revenue models, • Background in luxury hospitality or wellness brands, • Experience supporting social media, events, or local marketing initiatives Compensation & Benefits • Compensation: negotiable depending on experience, plus performance incentives, • Employee treatment and product discounts, • Paid time off, • Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding luxury wellness brand, • Collaborative and supportive team environment Location Bella Reve Tarzana, California
