Required Qualifications • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, CCMA, or equivalent medical assisting education), • Documented phlebotomy training (Phlebotomy certification preferred but not required), • Strong venipuncture skills, • Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or cosmetic medicine preferred, • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, • Professional, warm, and luxury-service communication style, • Ability to follow detailed workflows without constant direction, • High level of integrity, reliability, and discretion Benefits • Employee discount on products & services, • Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, • 401(K), • Paid time off, • Additional benefits available
