Job DescriptionSalary: $35/hr-$38/hr Job Description EMT-Paramedic: ($1800-$2000/week) Looking for Fulltime - Part-time - Per Diem applicants. • New York State Certified EMT Paramedic Card, • REMSCO/REMAC Paramedic Certification, • New York State drivers license (if required by Lifeline) The duties of the crew include but are not limited to: Arrival for tour of duty: The crew must arrive on time, in proper uniform, neat and clean and in possession of a New York State Emergency Medical Technician Certificate and a Lifeline Identification Badge. Personal patient care equipment when present must be in good working order and clean. Persons who do not meet these criteria will not be allowed to start work. Prior to departing the garage the crew must: • Perform a visual inspection of the patient compartment, inside and out, for cleanliness and damage., • Ensure access to and egress from the patient compartment via the rear and side doors., • Clean the patient compartment and equipment as necessary, • Complete the inventory check sheet (Part 800 list)., • Replace damaged or missing items. During the tour of duty the attendant must: • Respond to all calls as directed by the dispatcher., • Treat all patients in accordance with New York State Basic Life Support Protocols and applicable regional and local ALS protocols., • Secure pertinent information and records from the discharge clerk or RN at the transferring facility., • Introduce themselves to the patient and call the patient by proper name e.g., Mrs. or Mr., • Tell the patient what is happening and where the patient is going., • Transport all patients on the stretcher., • Carry all patients to and from the ambulance none are to walk., • Carefully monitor all patients during transport., • Record changes in patient's condition during transport., • Alter patient care in accordance with changes in the patient's condition., • Take all patients to their assigned room at a medical facility or to their apartment on discharge., • Patients are never to be left at the door., • Properly complete the patient care record., • Properly complete all company paperwork and obtain all necessary signatures for billing purposes., • Report with the patient and records to the appropriate person at the receiving facility., • Maintain professional demeanor and courteous interaction with all medical facility staff., • Replace equipment in the ambulance as necessary to maintain compliance with State regulations and policy., • Return the patient compartment to a condition of readiness for the next call. State Inspections: Ambulances are subject to inspection by representatives of the State EMS office without advance notice. Inspectors will show proper identification and conduct inspections on the spot. In the event of an inspection, the crew must notify the dispatcher immediately, then cooperate fully with the inspector. As requested by the inspector, the crew will present or demonstrate any or all equipment on the ambulance. At the completion of the inspection, the inspector will present the crew with a copy of the inspection sheet that will be turned over to the supervisor at the end of the shift. The crew will promptly notify the dispatcher of the results of the inspection. In the event a violation notice is issued, the crew must contact a supervisor prior to accepting another patient. The supervisor will decide the course of action. Our policies and procedures are geared toward strict compliance with the New York State Department of Health regulations. In the event a violation results from an administrative shortcoming, management will accept responsibility and promptly correct the procedure. In the event a violation results from failure on the part of the attendant, disciplinary action will be taken. End of tour: The crew must return the ambulance to the garage, secure the ambulance and equipment as required, replace all supplies used during the tour and then report to the supervisor. All paperwork as well as a report of any problems encountered during the tour will be reported to the supervisor. The foregoing delineates primary responsibilities but is not intended to eliminate creative effort on the part of our employees. Data Center Technician IV Role: The Data Center Technician IV must possess an expert level of knowledge and will be responsible for the operational integrity and regulatory compliance of the data center electrical, mechanical, fire life safety systems, and communications infrastructure. This role supports two core OEM programs: OCIP (Optimized Continuous Inspection Program): An alternative to Chapter 5 scheduled inspections. The Administrator will assist operators in understanding task intervals, interpreting aircraft maintenance program requirements and support block-based inspection methodology approved for Dassault aircraft. CATS (Computerized Aircraft Troubleshooting System): Dassault centralized troubleshooting database, used by customers to identify and resolve aircraft symptoms. The administrator will work closely with engineering and Technical Support teams to maintain an accurate symptom-to-solution library. The Aircraft Maintenance Programs Administrator will also manage aircraft maintenance data reporting, coordinate basic technical data exchanges with the aircraft OEM, support the technical documentation sales team with subscription renewals, deliver customer presentations and demonstrations. At the completion of the inspection, the inspector will present the crew with a copy of the inspection sheet that will be turned over to the supervisor at the end of the shift. This includes quarterly reports, monthly reports, fire drill records, attendance records, weight charts, house receipts, daily logbook, etc., • The Residential Worker shall be trained by Real House, Inc.s APN and will carry out the duties of Medication Technician (9am-3pm) During this shift the House Manager is considered on call, however remaining on the premises is typically not necessary. Being on call requires that you leave information with your supervisor as to where you may be reached. Full Time - 7a-7p, Sundays Mondays and Thursdays , UES 5th Ave, 36 hours a week Responsibilities: • Obtain and record patient vital signs, height, and weight accurately in the electronic medical record (Athena Health)., • Take medical histories and perform screening procedures as directed., • Assist with basic wound care, phlebotomy, EKGs, and splinting procedures (with training), • Perform front desk duties, including answering phones, patient check-in/out, and documentation., • Prepare, process, and run lab tests, including specimen collection, labelling, and handling in accordance with Sollis Health protocols., • Communicate observations and patient concerns clearly to the healthcare team., • Support emergency care efforts as a team member under supervision., • Provide a welcoming environment and exceptional customer service—answering patient questions and easing concerns., • Help with patient mobility and transfers, using proper body mechanics., • Maintain cleanliness, order, and compliance with all health and safety protocols., • High school diploma or equivalent, required, • Completion of a National Medical Assistant training program., • Certified Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy Technician strongly preferred.
