We’re looking for a talented Client Success & Sales Specialist to join our team. This role will help us continue to serve our community and broaden our impact and reach. YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Your main responsibilities will be supporting and selling to clients and potential clients. This includes speaking to clients and leads over the phone and in the store to provide support or sales guidance, collaborating with the team, processing transactions in store and online, maintaining client records, and maintaining the retail storefront. Supporting additional tasks will include participating in NuSpecies marketing efforts, counting product inventory, and ongoing training and education. Candidates with experience in the health & wellness industry and sales or consulting are encouraged to apply. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING IN THIS ROLE * Open and Close NuSpecies’ retail store. * Process transactions for clients in store and over the phone. * Answer the phones using our online phone system. * Ensure client information is accurate, up-to-date, comprehensive, and in sync across all NuSpecies’ systems. * Gathering relevant client health histories and establishing their goals with NuSpecies. * Coordinating between clients and our consulting team. * Ensuring clients understand and follow through on consultant recommendations. * Supporting client accountability and product compliance. * Facilitating seamless communication between clients and the consulting team. * Add clients to our email/text list and encourage app downloads for client support. * Be knowledgeable of and promote NuSpecies’ marketing and advertising efforts in store to clients. * Maintain store inventory: perform weekly counts, report discrepancies, and avoid losses. * Maintain cleanliness of the store and individual work area. * Other duties as assigned. IN AN IDEAL WORLD, YOU HAVE: * 2+ years of proven relevant experience in sales, consulting, or the wellness industry. * Proficient with Apple OS or ability to learn quickly and enjoy software. * A degree in science or nutrition or certifications in health or life coaching. * Strong attention to detail. * Can type 50+ WPM or are excited to get up to speed before the end of the 90-day probation period by beginning practice right now. There are plenty of free typing practice tools online, for example, typing.com. * Your own transportation and a driver’s license so you can be flexible with your shifts. * Saturday or Sunday availability. THIS POSITION IS NOT FOR YOU IF: * You’re not excited about and actively trying to live a healthy lifestyle. * You wouldn’t take NuSpecies formulas. * You don’t like talking to people all day. * You don’t live near Bronxville, NY and have your own transportation. * You’re easily agitated by difficult customers or problem solving. THE NITTY GRITTY: * This is a part-time in-person position. * Compensation: $18-$35 hour * Training: No matter your experience level, there is a minimum 6 month training period before the NuSpecies-specific knowledgebase and operations can be learned and executed in a competent manner.
