About this Role: Our Business Development teams play a critical role in expanding Gartner's presence across the global market. Gartner Business Development Executives strategically acquire new clients by cultivating trust-based relationships with C-level executives to understand their mission critical priorities and uncover opportunities to deliver client-value through the lens of the industry in which they operate. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SEASONAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN As a maintenance crew member, you play an essential role in providing our campers with a safe environment, so they are able to have an amazing summer experience. You will be trained to safely operate any necessary grounds keeping equipment, including mowers, leaf blowers, and weed whackers. On a daily basis, you handle a variety of janitorial tasks such as emptying garbage cans, cleaning, and restocking bathrooms. You remove any debris and trash you spot and ensure it's disposed of properly. When needed, handle other maintenance tasks and you assist with minor electrical, carpentry, and plumbing work anytime our buildings are in need of repair. Our campgrounds are always in excellent shape under your watch, and you find great satisfaction knowing you play such an important role in keeping our summer camp in tip-top shape! QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SEASONAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN • Ability to safely drive cars, light trucks, and other motorized vehicles, • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with some occasional lifting of equipment up to 100 pounds as required, • Ability to work outdoors in the heat of summer and various weather conditions Are you able to accept guidance, direction, and supervision from others? Job Description Crosby Street Hotel, part of the award-winning Firmdale Hotels group, is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Engineer to support the day-to-day engineering operations of our luxury hotel. This role is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of safety, comfort, and functionality throughout guest rooms, public areas, restaurant spaces, and back-of-house facilities. The Maintenance Engineer will perform routine maintenance, preventative maintenance, and repairs across multiple trades, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and kitchen equipment, while delivering prompt and professional service. Job Description JOB TITLE: Housekeeping Supervisor REPORTS TO: Executive Housekeeper SUPERVISES DIRECTLY: Room attendants, House-persons, Laundry personnel Purpose for the Position: To support the housekeeping and laundry departments manage all facets of the Housekeeping Department in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper, ensuring high levels of cleanliness, guest service and satisfaction throughout the hotel. This includes guestrooms, hallways, lobbies, public areas, rest areas, laundry, storage and work areas. Essential Responsibilities: • Supervises housekeeping and laundry staff: participating in associate performance evaluations, training and development., • Assists the executive housekeeper in the development of the department’s annual budget., • Participates in cost control systems for staffing, inventories, (linen, terry, OS&E and cleaning supplies., • Enforces policies and procedures in the department., • Ensures quality services are rendered in meeting guest needs and that guest relations are enhanced., • Directs hourly associates in all areas of the department., • Prepares daily assignment sheets for all housekeeping and laundry associates., • Maintains cleanliness quality based on hotel objectives., • Inspects, monitors and maintains level of cleanliness in all assigned guest rooms.
