Job Summary: REV Renewables is seeking a Finance Associate to join our growing Finance team. The ideal candidate will be someone with strong, demonstrated financial modelling and data analysis skills, and who is comfortable in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment. This position will interact with and support teams across the organization, including Finance, M&A, Development, and Strategy. Duties/Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain financial and market models for M&A, corporate development, financing and strategic activities., • Design investment and marketing materials for financial transactions., • Coordinate and manage due diligence activities with both internal and external stakeholders., • Assist with the creation and maintenance of REV’s internal projections and budgets., • Actively communicate with industry peers and present marketing intelligence and opportunities to internal stakeholders, including executive management., • Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to identify new market opportunities., • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field., • Strong modelling abilities. Experience with tax equity modeling preferred but not required., • 3+ years experience in Finance or M&A, preferably within renewable energy., • Must be able to sit/stand at a desk, using a computer workstation., • The employee is occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach with hands and arms, walk; lift push or pull objects up to 20 pounds., • Must be able to handle long periods of screen time and typing.
