Relationship Management • Develops opportunities for new and enhanced referral relationships with assigned physician offices, senior living communities, rehab centers, skilled nursing facilities, and hospitals., • Establishes personal relationships with key representatives of assigned referral sources, including physicians, directors of case management, social workers, discharge planners, wellness planners, senior administrative officials, and other healthcare sales representatives with reciprocal relationship potential., • Utilizes Excel Health to identify key customers and tailor the message., • Maintains and updates the call cycle with the most relevant, business-driving physicians and facilities that maximize time and resources., • Collaborates with the Branch team to develop a business plan for the territory, incorporating SMART goals that hold each team member accountable.
