Job DescriptionWe are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant for our client, a manufacturing company located in Yonkers, NY. You will be expected to handle all office administrative needs. Proficiency using SAP and MS Word and Excel is required. In order to succeed in this role, you must be able to work independently and meet specific deadlines in a very fast-paced environment. This is an on-going temporary assignment Hours: 8:30-5:30 Mon-Fri (on-site); Pay Rate: $25-28/hr DOE Requirements: 3+ years administrative experienceProficiency using SAP and MS Word and Excel is required Job Description: Handles all office administrative needs, including ensuring that the office is properly equipped to support the Manager. Organizes and maintains the file system for the office. Records data from various reports into SAP, ensuring that the information entered is accurate and correct. Assists in the coordination of site activities for minor contracts as needed. Maintains spreadsheets tracking various items such as invoices, material purchased, petty cash, etc. Distributes files and faxes any correspondence according to instructions. Must work well under pressure, and be able to communicate professionally with the field sites as well as all departments within the company. Must present a professional, competent and organized impression. Can work independently if required, and without direct supervision.
