The portfolio is mostly concentrated in the city of Poughkeepsie, but the candidate must be willing to travel, as needed. The Property Manager is responsible for the management of tenant services and requirements as well as supervising, monitoring, and managing certain physical, administrative, and financial aspects of the site. Job Description Title: SNUG Youth Case Manager Salary: $30.21 per hour Status: Non-Exempt, Full-Time, 35 hours per week Supervisor: SNUG Social Worker Schedule: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. Regular travel and time spent in school environments is a required part of this schedule. Function: The SNUG Youth Case Manager will assist the social work department in providing case management services to victims of crimes with a focus on Middle/High School aged youth in the City of Poughkeepsie. This is inclusive of, but not limited to: providing direct service to clients such as navigating systems with which clients may interact, meeting basic needs, working towards long-term goals, applying for compensation through the Office of Victim Services (OVS), and connecting individuals to educational/supportive services. The Youth Case Manager will support youth development, healthy relationships, and instill positive behavior change amongst vulnerable individuals and groups. The Youth Case Manager will reduce violence in the community, support youth, carry a client caseload, and provide conflict mediation. These activities will be accomplished by using a public health approach to reduce and prevent violence within this population.
