    Job Summary: We are seeking a bilingual professional fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese and English to serve as both a Cruise Travel Agent and Visa Processing Specialist. This unique role combines helping clients plan and book cruise vacations with managing their visa documentation and consulate submissions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and passionate about travel, with the ability to provide outstanding service while ensuring all visa requirements are met. Key Responsibilities: Cruise Travel Services Assist clients in selecting cruise destinations, itineraries, and packages that fit their needs and budget. Provide expert advice on cruise lines, accommodations, dining, activities, and promotions. Arrange cruise bookings, pre- and post-cruise travel (airfare, hotels, transfers), and travel insurance. Maintain strong relationships with cruise line partners and stay updated on industry trends. Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after travel. Visa & Consulate Services Complete, review, and translate visa application forms and supporting documents (Chinese ↔ English). Submit applications in person to consulates/embassies and liaise with consulate staff regarding requirements and timelines. Track, monitor, and collect completed visas for clients. Provide bilingual guidance to clients on visa processes, documentation, and regulations. Maintain accurate records of all applications submitted, pending, and completed. Qualifications: Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese, and English (spoken and written) required. Experience in travel sales, cruise bookings, or hospitality preferred. Prior experience in visa processing or immigration services strongly preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
