Innovation, collaboration, and support are at the core of our values., • Drive New Business: Be the expert on digital and programmatic ad solutions, focused on closing deals and exceeding sales goals. Develop and communicate sales strategies to agencies and brand clients., • Outbound & Outreach: Lead outbound efforts via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to build a strong client pipeline., • Grow Accounts: Build and maintain your personal book of business with advertisers, programmatic marketers, and digital buyers., • Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously track and learn the latest trends in digital advertising and AdTech strategy., • Client Meetings & Travel: Represent NM at 2–4 industry conferences or networking events annually (travel required)., • Collaborate Internally: Work cross-functionally with account management and operations teams to ensure successful campaigns and client satisfaction., • You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience., • You bring at least 2 years of experience in digital advertising, programmatic sales, or AdTech., • You’re a strategic thinker and persuasive communicator with a proven ability to build rapport and close deals., • You’re driven, agile, coachable, and ready to grow in a high-performance sales role., • You collaborate well across departments and value being part of a team-oriented culture., • You’re comfortable with rejection and change, and you’re willing to adapt and innovate., • You communicate clearly and consistently, proactively managing expectations and aligning with team goals.
