Compensation - $10–$15/hour starting - $20–$25/hour based on skills and experience - Travel expenses covered (train fare within NY & NJ) Responsibilities - Travel to various project locations across New York & New Jersey (via train) - Take accurate on-site measurements - Convert measurements into AutoCAD drawings ( preferred) - Create 2D and 3D renderings (AutoCAD, SketchUp) ( preferred) - Develop mood boards and visual concepts - Assist with documentation using Excel and Google Sheets Requirements - Must be based in NYC - Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp ( preferred) - Strong understanding of 2D & 3D rendering ( preferred) - Ability to create professional mood boards - Comfortable working with Excel and Google Sheets - Reliable, organized, and eager to learn Ideal Candidate - Interior design, architecture, or design student/recent graduate - Strong attention to detail - Creative with a practical mindset - Comfortable working both independently and on-site
