What Our Client Needs: A Sr. Marketing Specialist to support the enterprise events team with audience acquisition efforts, integrated marketing campaigns, and execution of both internal and external events. This role will play a key part in driving demand generation efforts and ensuring consistent, high-quality event presence across channels. Who You Are: You bring 2–3 years of experience executing email and lead nurturing campaigns, preferably using Marketo or another marketing automation platform such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or ActiveCampaign. You are skilled in writing and editing content and familiar with CRM systems like Microsoft Dynamics, as well as project management platforms such as Azure DevOps or Airtable. You excel at writing persuasive, engaging copy for email and web communications and bring strong critical thinking skills and creative problem-solving abilities. You have genuine enthusiasm for demand generation, producing qualified leads, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You have hands-on experience supporting event planning and logistics—including coordinating vendors, managing production schedules, and preparing for onsite activities. You are highly organized, attentive to detail, and proficient in Microsoft Office. You approach challenges with curiosity, optimism, and a commitment to continuous learning. What You’ll Do: You will execute integrated marketing campaigns, craft compelling content, support event logistics, and help drive continuous improvement through performance reporting and collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners. • Executing marketing campaigns including email segmentation, deployment, reporting, nurture stream development, event list management, and lead generation support, • Providing project management support for marketing initiatives promoting key events such as the annual conference, education programs, webinars, and other engagement opportunities, • Supporting the planning and execution of enterprise and third-party events, including pre-show preparation, booth materials, shipping coordination, registration list management, and onsite asset delivery, • Collaborating with internal partners and external agencies to support creative development, campaign execution, and asset production, • Collecting and reporting on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations that enhance future campaign effectiveness This position requires no travel and has no supervisory responsibilities.
