Operational Management (Michelama Coops) Oversee daily operations for Michelama Cooperative buildings, ensuring compliance with governing documents and HPD requirements. Maintain common areas, building systems, and grounds according to HPD and cooperative board standards. Supervise onsite staff, including maintenance, porters, security, and contracted vendors. 2.
