About the Role As a Dog Boarding & Doggy Daycare Host, you'll welcome dogs into your home and provide them with personalized care in a calm, family-like environment. Every dog has different needs, and we take pride in matching each pet with a caregiver who can provide the attention, routine, and love they deserve. You'll have the flexibility to accept bookings that fit your schedule while being supported by the Rainy Day Pets team. Responsibilities Provide safe, attentive care for dogs in your home Follow each pet's feeding, medication, and exercise routine Supervise dogs throughout the day Provide daily walks, potty breaks, enrichment, and playtime Send photo and written updates to pet parents Maintain a clean, safe, and pet-friendly environment Communicate promptly with the Rainy Day Pets team Follow company safety standards and care protocoll We're Looking For People Who: Truly enjoy spending time with dogs Are dependable, responsible, and compassionate Have previous pet care experience (paid or unpaid preferred) Have a safe and dog-friendly home Are comfortable caring for dogs throughout the day and overnight Have strong communication skills Can follow detailed care instructions Are willing to complete references, a background check, onboarding, and training Ideal Candidates This opportunity is especially great for: Remote workers Stay-at-home parents Retirees Freelancers Empty nesters Experienced pet sitters Veterinary professionals or students Animal shelter volunteers Anyone who spends most of the day at home and loves dogs Home Requirements To ensure the safety of every pet, applicants should have: A clean, safe, and dog-friendly home Permission to host dogs if renting (or otherwise be authorized to do so where they live) Reliable internet and phone access Space for dogs to rest comfortably The ability to separate dogs when necessary A commitment to maintaining a safe environment Homes with fenced yards are welcome but not required.     JOB SUMMARY Sells products and services to customers in assigned non-bulk multi-dwelling units (MDU) areas/properties with 50+ supermarkets , lobby events and by building strong relationships with property managers. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience Meets established objectives relative to monthly sales goals and increased sales volume and penetration through assigned leads and assigned property portfolio Solicits residential customers through door-to door solicitation, lobby events and by building/maintaining strong relationships with property management Generates incremental revenue from existing customers by adding new/additional services Responds to customer problems and complaints according to established company policy; follows through to ensure issues are satisfactorily resolved Maintains a well-informed knowledge base of competitors activities throughout assigned territory; informs manager of any changing competitive pricing programs or marketing directions Attends and actively contributes to sales meetings and training programs Accurately completes all necessary paperwork to support sales activities in a manner consistent with quality control guidelines, including dispositions, sales orders and sales reporting Collect and account for funds and provide receipts according to Company policies and guidelines REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge Knowledge of cold call sales skills, persuasion, and clear communication skills Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned territories and company facilities using a reliable personal vehicle Ability to work outside for extended periods in any season and/or during inclement weather Familiarity with computer operating systems, a myriad of consumer and commercial communications devices (e.g., PDAs, smartphones, routers, modems, converters, and wireless devices), and computer software applications Required Education High School Diploma or equivalent work experience Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years Experience in sales or customer service - 1+ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Preferred Skills/Abilities and Knowledge Knowledge of communications technologies and services, with an emphasis on data networking fundamentals Knowledge of cable or telecommunications services Experience with consumer education of products and services Success in a previous sales position, prospecting or cold calling; direct sales experience is preferred, but not required. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses. In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $65,000.     Music Therapist (MT-BC) – School-Based Position About Music Makers International Music Makers International is a leading provider of music therapy and music-based educational services throughout New Jersey. We partner with daycares, elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, and community organizations to support the cognitive, social-emotional, communication, and developmental growth of neurodivergent learners and students with special needs. Position Overview We are seeking a Licensed Board-Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) to provide school-based music therapy services in daycare, elementary, middle school, and high school settings throughout Northern, Central, and Southern New Jersey. This is a one-year contract position offering a consistent schedule, a set number of weekly sessions, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships within school communities. Responsibilities • Plan and facilitate engaging, evidence-based music therapy sessions for neurodivergent learners and students receiving special education services., • Support student goals related to communication, social-emotional development, self-regulation, behavior, motor skills, and academic engagement., • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, therapists, and support staff., • Maintain session notes, documentation, and data collection as required., • Utilize IEP goals and objectives to guide intervention planning and measure student progress.
