Job DescriptionHuman Resources Generalist LHH is currently assisting a mission-driven nonprofit organization is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Generalist to support day to day HR operations for a large, statewide employee population. This role, offers the opportunity to build structure, improve processes, and directly influence core HR service delivery. This individual will partner with HR leadership and cross-functional team members to provide support in benefits, leave administration, employee relations, compliance, reporting, and general HR operational needs.
