Job Description We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our Fundamental Equities team and ensure smooth daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of administrative experience, demonstrate initiative, and be comfortable managing a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role reports directly to the Office Manager and will collaborate closely with staff across both office locations. Key Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support to the Fundamental Equities team., • Assist with office operations including printer maintenance, handling deliveries, and maintaining pantry supplies., • Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed., • Support the Office Manager with administrative and organizational tasks., • Take initiative to identify and address office needs without direct instruction., • Minimum of 2 years’ administrative or office support experience., • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)., • Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.Company DescriptionAtlas Search is an executive recruiting firm dedicated to placing accounting, finance, middle office, information technology, human resources, and office / accounting support professionals.
