Job Summary: The Technical Documentation Assistant is responsible for helping extract, organize, and document internal systems knowledge from our software development team. This role is ideal for a Computer Science student who wants to gain real-world experience in technical writing, documentation workflows, and knowledge management within a professional environment. The Assistant will work closely with the Chief Technology Officer, Director of Software Development, engineers, and a seasoned Project Manager to create high-quality internal documentation for complex systems, tools, and processes. This position will expose you to real infrastructure, software design considerations, and industry documentation standards. Adheres to all rules and regulations of all applicable local, state and federal agencies and accrediting bodies.
