Responsibilities • Prepare, review, and finalize legal documents related to estate planning and estate administration., • Assist attorneys with drafting wills, living wills, trusts, powers of attorney, deed transfers and probate filings., • Conduct legal research and gather relevant client information., • Communicate with clients and third parties regarding document execution and procedural updates., • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field., • Paralegal certification., • Experience in estate planning or estate administration is highly valued., • At least 1 year of experience working in a law firm., • Strong writing, research, and organizational skills. This position offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $72,000, commensurate with experience.
