-Internal Medicine -Practicing/No residents -Outpatient Practice setting -Monday- Friday with option to practice 4 days per week -Duties of the position Preventive care: Annual physicals, wellness exams, screenings, and vaccinations. Chronic disease management: Ongoing care for conditions like diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and heart disease. Acute care: Diagnosis and treatment of common illnesses and minor injuries. Coordination of care: Referrals to specialists and follow-up management.
