The Prep Production Supervisor is responsible for executing against established operational metrics and escalating issues that may impact product availability, quality, food safety, or production deadlines. This position works closely with the Production Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure production needs are met across all locations. Key Responsibilities Production Planning & Execution • Create and compile daily par sheets to determine current inventory levels and identify prep and batch production needs., • Assign daily prep and production tasks based on par levels, inventory, staffing, and operational priorities., • Create and oversee daily prep and batch production schedules for the current location., • Ensure assigned prep and production tasks are completed accurately and within required timelines., • Maintain appropriate par levels for all batch-produced items in walk-in coolers and storage areas., • Ensure production is completed on time to prevent product shortages and 86s., • Oversee the preparation and fulfillment of production orders for current and upcoming satellite locations., • Monitor production throughout the shift and adjust staffing, assignments, and priorities as operational needs change., • Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, organization, workflow, and capacity., • Escalate production delays, equipment downtime, staffing shortages, inventory issues, or other barriers that may impact production. POSITION OVERVIEW: Group Leaders are responsible for academic tutoring and assisting lead instructors in preparing students to demonstrate newly acquired skills in STEM, leadership, sports and the arts. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Provide academic support, homework guidance, assistance, and supervision to students., • Organize, lead, and promote the students’ interest and participation in the activities offered by you or the program., • Supervise groups of students while maintaining their physical and emotional safety and health., • Foster an atmosphere of fun and learning, and serve as a role model to students., • Always conducting yourself professionally and maintaining appropriate boundaries., • Establish and enforce rules for behavior, and procedures for maintaining order among the students., • Maintain effective classroom management that encourages full participation and student growth., • Closely coordinate with the Program Director and coworkers for any programmatic changes or any other issues or concerns., • Participate in staff meetings, program evaluations, program improvement, and professional development training throughout the school year. COMPENSATION: • Work paid at $20 an hour., • Employees who are approved and assigned to teach classes will receive the Teaching Artist hourly rate of $21 an hour for the hours they are actively teaching. All non-instructional hours will be compensated at the employee's regular position rate of $20 an hour. POSITION TYPE / EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK: • Part-time position., • Available Monday-Friday from 1:30 pm - 6 pm (15-20 hours per week) with room for flexibility. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s, Associate, or degree in progress., • Experience using a positive youth development model, • CPR certified., • Teaching Artist - Background in teaching or leading an activity.
