Total cash compensation includes earnings from per visit point pay and hourly pay and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. This role receives two types of compensation depending on the work being performed. When conducting visits, you will be paid per visit point rate compensation. Your per visit pay will be calculated by multiplying your per visit point rate by the productivity points you accrue for various types of visits. Physical Therapist (PT)- PRN Salary Range up to $60.00/hr. Who we are: Physical Therapist (PT)- PRN Kindred Hospital East New Jersey is a long-term acute care hospital offering the same in depth care you would receive in a traditional hospital, but for an extended recovery period. We partner with your physician and offer 24-hour clinical care seven days a week so you can start your journey to wellness. How you'll contribute The Physical Therapist (PT) assumes responsibility and accountability for a designated group of patients and provides physical therapy evaluations, modalities, and treatments in accordance with established hospital and departmental policies and procedures, maintaining the highest degree of quality patient care. Physical Therapist:1. They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. 2. They must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy, ; or 3. They must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or 4. They must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. 5. The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy. Occupational Therapist:1. They must have a Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards. 2. They must have initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. 3. The Senior Director of Rehab OT must hold a valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice. 4. Additionally, the Sr. DOR must have three years of direct patient care experience and two years of management experience. 5. The Senior Director of Rehab must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice. Speech Language Pathologist: 1. They must possess a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders or similarly titled area that is consistent and acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
