JOB TITLE: Behavioral Health Therapist (Outpatient Clinic/School Satellite) POSITION GRADE: 81 [salary range: $28-33/hr commensurate with education and experience] FLSA STATUS: Non- Exempt DEPARTMENT/PROGRAM: Outpatient Behavioral Health Services SUPERVISOR: Clinical Supervisor JOB SUMMARY: Under the general direction of the Clinical Supervisor, the Behavioral Health Therapist is responsible for providing therapy for individuals, groups, and families. The Behavioral Health Therapist will also be responsible for the maintenance of client records in compliance with oversight agencies and agency policies. This individual will carry out all job responsibilities with fidelity and accountability to the Agencies Mission, Vision, Values, Guiding Principles and Strategic Plan and commitments to the Sanctuary Model of Care.
