This is a hands-on role for a designer who loves being deep in the work - concepting, designing, refining, and delivering thoughtful creative across360 brand experiences. You'll collaborate closely with a Senior Art Director and Creative Director to bring ideas to life, while owning your individual projects and creative output. Work Authorization:To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates mustbe authorized towork in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship. • Work collaboratively with the Senior Art Director to develop and execute creative across branding, packaging, and broader brand touchpoints, • Design from concept through completion, with responsibility for the quality, craft, and consistency of your work, • Contribute to360 brand systems, including packaging, visual identity elements, presentations, and brand extensions, • Translate creative direction into strong, considered design solutions with attention to detail and execution, • Take ownership of assigned projects, managing your time, priorities, and deliverables effectively, • Participate in concept development, ideation sessions, and innovation initiatives, • Prepare clear, visually compelling design presentations and support pitch and credentials materials as needed, • Maintain and help evolve brand and packaging standards as clients expand into new markets, formats, and regulatory environments, • Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to ensure work is delivered on time and within scope, • Contribute ideas, references, and inspiration to support studio culture, internal sharing, and creative exploration Our Ideal Candidate Has: • BFA or BS in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or related field, • Proven experience as a Designer on high-quality brand projects, preferably within the luxury beauty/fragrance space, • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat), • Strong branding, typography, and visual design skills, • Experience working on packaging within a broader brand ecosystem, • Ability to render concepts in 2D for presentations; 3D rendering experience is a plus, • Experience preparing mockups and presentation-ready assets for client review, • Working knowledge of packaging production, printing, materials, and structure, • Retouching capabilities, • Strong verbal and written communication skills, • Demonstrated ability to push ideas beyond the brief through thoughtful execution and attention to detail, • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, • Proficient MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $65k - 75k. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. Working closely with our Creative Director, this person will bring a balance of conceptual vision and production excellence-especially in beautyfocused product packaging. The Art Director will lead creative development across packaging, campaigns, retail, and branded content. This role blends conceptual creative direction with deep expertise in production, materials, and packaging execution. The ideal candidate has strong experience in the beauty industry and thrives in a fastpaced, highly collaborative environment. Your Role/Responsibilities: • Partner closely with the Creative Director to shape concepts and lead projects from ideation through final execution., • Lead, mentor, and inspire designers while setting a high standard for craft, quality, and creative innovation., • Own packaging design across new product launches, seasonal programs, and full line redesigns-including multiple fragrance lines., • Develop compelling advertising campaign concepts and presentation-ready mockups across digital, social, and physical channels., • Build and manage production-ready mechanicals; oversee comp creation, vendor communication, and on-press reviews as needed., • Maintain and evolve packaging standards, guidelines, and visual systems as the brand portfolio grows., • Support retail and merchandising initiatives, including Photoshop/Illustrator renderings, artwork prep, and design refinements., • Manage multiple workflows simultaneously, such as retail ads, press kits, and brand asset development., • Review match prints, mark up retouching, and ensure impeccable color accuracy and production quality., • Assist with monthly photoshoots through light pre-production coordination, on-set collaboration, and retouching oversight. Skills That We're Looking For: • BFA/BS in Packaging Design, Graphic Design, or a related field., • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud - Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat., • Strong experience (at least 5 years) in packaging and branding with an exceptional eye for detail, craft, and visual storytelling., • Ability to create high-quality 2D renderings for presentations and client reviews; experience with 3D rendering software is a plus!, • Deep knowledge of packaging design, printing processes, materials, and structural considerations., • Solid retouching capabilities and familiarity with production best practices., • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently., • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)., • Proven experience as a Senior Designer or Art Director leading high-level, complex, multi-workstream projects., • Demonstrated ability to push creative work beyond the brief and elevate concepts with strategic insight., • Highly organized, capable of juggling multiple priorities and anticipating project needs., • Ability to create and prepare mockup packaging for client presentations.
